1. Wash and Dry: Thoroughly wash and dry the vehicle to remove all loose dirt and contaminants.
2. Decontaminate: For best results, use a clay bar or iron remover to address bonded contaminants on the paint surface. The surface should be cool to the touch and out of direct sunlight. 

1. Shake Well: Shake the product container well before use.
2. Apply to Pad: Dispense the compound directly onto a buffing pad, such as a Meguiar's Wool Pad (WRWC8). You may need to "prime" a fresh pad by spreading an even, light coat of product across the surface.
3. Work in Sections: Work on a small area at a time, such as a 2 ft. x 2 ft. section, to prevent the product from drying on the surface.
4. Use Rotary Buffer: Apply the pad to the surface and start the rotary buffer at a speed between 1000-1500 RPM.
5. Work the Product: Use moderate, even pressure with overlapping passes (up and down, then left and right). Continue working the product until a light film remains or the defects are gone.
6. Wipe Off: Before the product dries completely, wipe off the excess residue with a clean, dry 100% cotton terry cloth or a quality microfiber towel. 

• Polishing: Diamond Cut Compound is an aggressive cut. For maximum gloss and to remove any micro-marring left by the compounding process, follow up with a less aggressive polish, such as Meguiar's Dual Action Cleaner/Polish (M8301) or Meguiar's Ultimate Polish, using a softer foam pad.
• Protection: After polishing, apply a coat of wax or sealant, such as Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax, to protect the newly corrected paint finish.
